Thanks to a very long culinary tradition, in our Restaurant you can taste the best of the typical mountain products as well as delicious Ascoli cuisine: home-made pasta, cappellacci with porcini mushrooms (a kind of home-made pasta similar to ravioli) pappardelle with wild boar, small macaroni with lamb ragu, ravioli with truffle and the delicious soup with porcini and chestnuts, Olive Ascolane (stuffed olives).
As second courses we offer Sibillini mixed grill, cacciatora lamb, wild boar salmì and tagliata (steak strips). You can’t miss starters and desserts, all strictly homemade! We have seasonal menu.
