Thanks to a very long gastronomic tradition, in our restaurant you can taste the best of typical mountain products as well as the specialties of Ascoli cuisine: homemade pasta, cappellacci with porcini mushrooms, pappardelle with wild boar, macaroni with lamb ragout, ravioli with truffles and the delicious soup of porcini mushrooms and chestnuts, olives all'ascolana.
